Appointments

The preferable and quickest way to request a routine appointment is by submitting the eConsult, the service is currently open from 8.00am to 6.30pm.

By submitting a simple eConsult form, the platform will collect your medical or administrative request and send it through to our GP practice. We will use this information to triage the request and we will contact you by the end of the next working day.

Appointments are released daily to be booked 2 weeks in advance for routine matters. More urgent on the day appointments can be booked by calling the Surgery or coming to the Surgery from 8.00am each day.

To maintain continuity of care it is sometimes best to consult the same doctor but this may not always be possible. If you would like to see a particular doctor then please inform a receptionist and we will do our best to accommodate you wherever we can.

If more than one member of your family wishes to be seen, please make a separate appointment for each of them.

Children under 16 should be accompanied by an adult.

Reception Desk

On arrival for an appointment, always check-in at the reception desk. This cuts down waiting time. Our receptionists are experienced and do a difficult job very well.

Please note, if you need to be kept waiting, or asked questions concerning your health, they are only carrying out the policy of the practice.

Practice Nurse

We have a Practice Nurse available Wednesday to Friday who can deal with all minor ailments.

Phlebotomist

We are pleased to announce that we are starting Phlebotomy service at the Practice from February 2026. Our Phlebotomist Angela will be doing blood tests for our adult patients and children 8 years and above.

We will be running the Phlebotomy clinics on Mondays from 8.00am to 12.00pm.
